What are the origins of the inflatable toy?

The inflatable toy was first patented on 15th December 1959 by prolific American inventor Jerome Lemelson (I wonder what his kids got for Christmas that year?!)  Aside from inflatable toys Mr Lemelson’s brilliant mind also produced toys with propellers, toys that run on tracks, target games, dolls and munch more.  Therefore all of us at Inflatable Toy Shop are really pleased he came along or we would all be out of a job!

What is the score with VAT?

Being predominantly a business to consumer website all of our prices are inclusive of VAT however for our business customers or those who require a VAT breakdown on their invoice we can always show this so please get in touch.

What payment methods do we accept?

Having started out selling our Inflatable Toys through other channels, we have found the most reliable and secure payment processer to be Paypal so we definitely accept payment via Paypal.  We also accept all major credit and debit cards and our payment process is very simple to complete.  In fact it goes a little something like this; browse from our huge selection of Novelty Toys, Find something you love, type in your details and await a super fast delivery.

Can my order be amended once it has been placed?

Unfortunately once you have placed an order it is sent straight to the warehouse where it is picked, packaged and set aside for distribution in order to make sure you receive it in the quickest possible time.

Can I return an unwanted product?

We understand that we can al make mistakes when shopping, especially online therefore we do accept product returns within 7 days from your initial purchase in cases where the item has been delivered and advertised without any problems, all a customer has to pay for in this instance is the return postage fee.

Once we InflatableToyShop UK accept the item back in an unopened original packaging we will happily issue a full refund. 

What happens if I receive a faulty product? 

Although we ensure that all our lines undergo a rigorous testing and quality procedure before we list them in our range there are very occasionally instances where an item may be faulty, due to the nature of the inflatable products we sell, however this accounts for an exceptionally small percentage of our sales.   All you need to do is contact inflatabletoyshop.co.uk as soon as you become aware of the problem to let us know what I wrong.  We will then offer a replacement product and cover the cost of you returning the faulty item back to us.  If you have missed the event that you originally bought the item for  and would like a full refund we will be more than happy to oblige.
